As said in the title, this is Bad Apple playing on a LeapPad. It starts playing at around 1:37.

As for how I pulled this off, I don't remember exactly what I did, however I remember I could get FTP and Telnet
access to the tablet by enabling dev mode. I most likely replaced an existing video somewhere in /LF/Bulk using FTP.
